As part of the farm-to-fork initiative, the European Commission requested tenders for projects aiming to ensure more transparency and food safety throughout the food supply chain.

One of the projects that won a tender is the TITAN consortium. The project was funded with more than 11 million Euro and has 27 partners from 14 countries.

Dr. Marta Prado from INL (Iberian Nanotechnology Laboratory), jointly with our team from FOCOS, AI TALENTUM and TheNewFork will develop AI-supported tools to make the food supply chain more transparent and safer.

Dr. Bert Popping from FOCOS interviewed Marta during the Rapid Methods Europe conference in Amsterdam where she explained the different tasks of her part in the TITAN project.
