Isabelle Guelinckx, Scientific Program Director of ILSI Europe and coordinator of the recently funded European Commission Project TITAN, formally started the project during the first consortium meeting in Brussels yesterday, 12 September 2022. More than 50 people plus representatives from the European Commission attended in person. The project aims to provide digital technologies that increase transparency throughout the food value chain to save money, resources, people and the planet. The project, with 27 partners from 14 countries, will run for four years and has been funded with more than 11 million Euros. FOCOS is a partner in this project and will contribute through method validation and feasibility testing under real-life conditions.
