The project “Special Guest Edited Section on the Detection of Food Fraud and Food Allergens by Mass Spectrometry” that we started in mid-2018 has now been completed. We are grateful for all the contributions from our colleagues and friends from food industry, government and non-for profit organizations.

The Special Section covers the following topics:
