The Special Section on Food Allergens is now Online – Open Access

Highlights:

  • 25 manuscripts

  • Contributions from five continents

  • Open Access

The work we started back in early 2017 on the Special Guest Edited Section on Food Allergens has now been completed. We are grateful for all the contributions from our colleagues and friends from food industry, government and non-for profit organizations.

The Special Section is structured into 6 themes:

  • Regulations

  • Surveys

  • Food Allergen Management

  • Organizations and Projects concerned with Food Allergens

  • Manufacturers’ Case Studies

  • New Methods

Each of the manuscripts can be freely downloaded.

At this point, Carmen and myself would like to thank all authors again for making this large Special Section possible!
